  • Packing Tips 
    • It’s best to start well in advance as packing takes time.  

    • Label boxes (fragile-if applicable/indicate room placement)

    • Table lamps do need to be packed. We can handle floor lamps.

    • We do NOT move lightbulbs. Please remove ALL lightbulbs prior to your move.

    • Make sure that both the bottom and top of each box is taped closed.

    • Dresser drawers do not have to be emptied as long as they are only full of clothing items.

    • Any breakable/valuable items should be removed from any type of drawer 

    • ALL other types of drawers (i.e.-nightstand, desk) should be emptied.

  • On Moving Day   

      • We will:

        • Arrive with the tools and equipment to disassemble/reassemble beds, tables and other furniture.

        • Protect and secure items in the truck with moving pads/straps/stretch wrap

        • Handle items with care

        • Provide you with kind, polite, experienced movers to help make your move day as pleasant as possible.
      • Being prepared saves time and money!

        • Have all surfaces cleared and everything packed so we can provide the most efficient service.

        • Make sure that the movers have clear paths through the house.  

        • It is helpful and efficient to have someone readily available to direct furniture placement at the new home.
